We know the stigma that can come with small businesses and the skepticism that some feel due to past experiences with others who cut corners or prioritize sales over service. We also understand that people invest in hot tubs for a variety of reasons—whether it’s for relaxation, quality time with loved ones, or physical therapy. I know firsthand how life-changing they can be. A couple of years ago, I broke my back, and my hot tub played a huge role in my recovery. That’s why we don’t just see this as restoring a product—we see it as helping people improve their quality of life.
